Adobe Marketing Analyst/Consultant in Kraków

WE ARE LOOKING FOR an experienced Adobe Marketing specialists to help clients design, implement, and optimize digital marketing solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud. Although no two days at Accenture are the same, your typical day might include:

• Design and implement solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Advise clients on best practices for customer journey orchestration, personalization, segmentation, and campaign management.
• Configure and optimize Adobe Marketing solutions to support business objectives.
• Support architecture discussions and solution roadmaps.
• Utilize Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics insights to drive marketing decisions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and business stakeholders.

Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Global Network Song (GN Song) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Experience in digital marketing, MarTech consulting, marketing technology, or Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
• Hands-on experience with one or more Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (AEM, AEP).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, customer journeys, and omnichannel engagement.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Familiarity with tools like Dynamics 365 Marketing, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Unity, Braze.
• MarTech hands-on experience backed by professional certificates.
• Industry experience in any of Banking, CPG, Telecom & Life Sciences.
