- Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, enhancements, and upgrades
- Drive CRM transformation initiatives across sales, marketing, customer service, and field service
- Partner with senior business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Advise leadership on CRM best practices and emerging technologies
- Lead and mentor CRM consultants and analysts
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development within the CRM team
Требования:
- 8+ Years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- 3+ Years of experience managing CRM teams, programs, or large transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem
- Experience leading CRM implementation projects in complex enterprise environments
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, governance, and change management
- Willingness and ability to travel to client locations, mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long periods
