What you will do:

Proactively seek out new business opportunities and identify potential clients

Meet with potential clients to understand their business challenges and offer creative branding solutions

Lead client meetings and present the agency’s branding and communication services

Prepare and deliver engaging presentations that highlight the agency’s capabilities and creative approach

Tailor proposals to meet client-specific needs, showcasing how the agency adds value to their business, and estimating project costs in alignment with client budgets

Negotiate collaboration terms and agreements with clients to secure win-win outcomes

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and continuous communication with clients

Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment

Continuously learn about agency operations and expand your knowledge in branding and communication

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to explore new business development areas

We look forward to working together if:

You have at least 5 years of experience in new business, business development, sales or a similar commercial role

You have experience working within a creative agency, advertising, branding, marketing, IT or software development environment

You have a proven track record of generating and converting new business opportunities

You have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

You have experience using CRM (Hubspot or similar) as well as creating engaging client presentations using PowerPointor similar tools

You approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, finding creative ways to meet client needs

You enjoy seeking out new opportunities for the agency and contributing to its growth through new client acquisition

You are fluent in English and Polish, with C1 or native-level proficiency
