Adstrong is hiring an experienced backend engineer to join a small, skilled team. You will build AI-first systems, plan with AI, and own the delivery from idea to production. The stack is Rust on the backend with Python, and the frontend is TypeScript/Next.js, managed by our frontend team. You’ll work remotely from anywhere in the EU, collaborate with a hands-on team, and help shape architecture for scalable data-heavy applications.
