supporting controlling activities across the Global Business Services (GBS) environment maintaining and updating GBS business case methodologies and assumptions preparing business cases, scenario analyses, and decision-support materials for management maintaining and enhancing the central GBS invoicing and cost allocation methodology validating and processing invoices in line with established procedures and approval workflows supporting process optimization, documentation, and automation initiatives generating, analyzing, and submitting operational and financial reporting data tracking and monitoring KPIs, FTEs, and other operational performance indicators preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and Board-requested analyses participating in controlling projects, cross-functional initiatives, and ad hoc analytical tasks Skills and experience you will need
fluency in English (C1) university degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field several years of professional experience in Finance or Controlling in GBS/SSC environment strong expertise in financial and cost controlling and management reporting, with key focus on: KPI management, preparing and analyzing business cases, invoicing processes and internal cost allocation within GBS/SSC organization strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear conclusions structured, independent working style combined with a collaborative team-oriented mindset strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint willingness to travel as required for the role Nice to have
