Proactive Talent Sourcer – Warsaw

We are looking for a Proactive Sourcing Specialist with English who brings strong expertise in talent mapping, market research and strategic sourcing, and is motivated to build high-quality talent pipelines that drive measurable hiring outcomes.

Working closely with AMS recruiters, Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging and attracting talent for our international client within the academic publishing and research sector. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a collaborative, international environment, supporting recruitment across a variety of professional and specialist functions. The role is based in Warsaw, with an expectation to work from the client's office 3 days per week.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

• Apply your proactive sourcing expertise to support Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers in identifying and attracting high-quality talent.
• Use your research and talent mapping skills to interpret hiring requirements, understand talent markets and develop effective sourcing strategies, including networking, headhunting and engaging passive candidates.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers to maintain alignment on hiring priorities and provide regular updates on sourcing progress and market insights.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by leveraging Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, professional networks, company websites and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify suitable candidates across different functions, skill sets and geographical markets.
• Drive improvements in candidate pipeline quality and sourcing efficiency through proactive engagement, continuous market intelligence and data-driven sourcing strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication, timely follow-ups and effective relationship management.
• Support the wider recruitment process by assisting with job postings, interview coordination and other recruitment-related activities where required.

Skills & Requirements

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated experience in proactive sourcing, headhunting, talent mapping and candidate attraction, ideally gained within an international recruitment environment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other digital sourcing channels.
• Ability to identify and engage passive candidates and build sustainable talent pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters, Hiring Managers and other business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing priorities and adapt to changing recruitment requirements.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret market data, identify talent trends and provide meaningful sourcing insights.
• An inquisitive and creative approach to sourcing, with the ability to develop solutions for challenging or niche searches.
• Ability to influence and build professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week at the client's office in Warsaw.
