We're growing our logistics team and looking for someone to handle shipments for the Baltic and Nordic markets.

What you'll be doing
Handling logistics for the Baltic and Nordic markets - accounting for their specifics, regulations and customs rules.
Processing and verifying documents - goods-issue notes (WZ), delivery notifications (ASNs), etc.
Working with the warehouse and courier companies.
Coordinating shipments and follow-up deliveries.
Liaising with the Client Service and Production teams.
Creating reports and summaries , and supporting the logistics team in day-to-day work.
Handling complaints and delivery shortages.
Verifying the delivery plan and keeping in ongoing contact with the client and suppliers regarding changes, delays and discrepancies.
- Managing the weekly replenishment process
- forecasting, planning, master data, and monitoring supplier stock levels against agreed min/max thresholds.
Who we're looking for
Experience in logistics for the Baltic / Nordic markets – you know their specifics, regulations and customs rules.
A university degree
(logistics is a plus).
- Very good command of
- Excel and
MS Office.
English at min. B2 level.
- You handle several fronts at once
- accurately and with an eye for detail.
A willingness to learn and grow, and an inner drive.
A category B driving licence.
