Junior Billing Analyst in Warsaw

Job Title Junior Billing Analyst (German Language Skills a Plus)Summary of the Role Join our Billing team to support Amadeus markets in preparing and executing billing processes.

In this role, you will apply financial and analytical skills to manage billing activities, identify and solve issues, and collaborate with colleagues, customers, and partners across markets.

In this Role, You’ll: Manage and execute billing activities for Amadeus products and services.

Analyze and resolve customer billing and financial queries.

Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure accurate billing operations.

Support continuous improvement and implement new billing requirements.

Contribute to both local and international projects aimed at process enhancement.

Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related discipline—or equivalent experience.

Some relevant internship, academic, or work experience in billing, finance, or accounting.

Basic understanding of accounting concepts.

Experience with ERP systems (e. g., SAP) is a plus.

Good communication skills in English (around C1 level); German knowledge (B1) is an advantage.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Able to adapt to shifting priorities and manage deadlines effectively.

Motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a collaborative environment.
