We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in SAP Concur implementations and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end Travel & Expense (T&E) projects, ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder engagement, business adoption, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities Lead SAP Concur implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
Manage project governance, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Oversee testing, user training, deployment, and change management activities.
Ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Drive user adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills Strong understanding of Travel & Expense (T&E) processes.
Experience managing stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Budget, resource, risk, and issue management expertise.
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
