We are seeking an experienced
Senior Recruiter (German Speaking)
to join our
Carrier account
team. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who combines strong end-to-end hiring expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for delivering measurable business outcomes.
As a trusted recruitment partner, you will work closely with hiring managers across the engineering sector, driving talent acquisition strategies and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions. You will leverage market insights, recruitment expertise, and strong collaboration skills to attract and engage top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Accountabilities:
Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, shaping hiring strategies, role requirements, and recruitment plans.
Own end-to-end recruitment delivery, from sourcing and assessment through offer management and onboarding.
Build and engage high-quality, diverse talent pipelines using proactive sourcing and market mapping techniques.
Leverage market intelligence to influence hiring decisions, provide talent insights, and set realistic expectations.
Deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience through strong collaboration and seamless process management.
Drive workforce planning, continuous improvement, and compliance while ensuring recruitment excellence and business impact.
Skills & Requirements:
Fluent in German & English with strong stakeholder communication skills.
Strong client partnering, consulting, and influencing skills.
Expertise in sourcing and talent mapping across diverse channels.
Experience recruiting engineering or technical talent, with knowledge of the German talent market.
