What the day will look like:
managing a dedicated client portfolio,
negotiating and implementing insurance solutions,
analyzing claims, demographic and market data,
expanding cooperation with clients,
documenting and reporting activities.
Skills and experience that will lead to success: Hard skills
Broker licenses or experience in life insurance or medical programs
English fluency for client communication
Knowledge of life insurance and medical program products
Proficiency in MS Office and remote communication tools
Category B driving license
Broker exam passed – a plus
Soft skills
Ready to manage a demanding client portfolio
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proactivity and openness to market innovations
Desire to shape the employee benefits landscape in Poland
Team player with strong communication skills
Want to co-create the employee benefits market in Poland
