AR Specialist with German in Łódź

Supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, with a focus on Accounts Receivable. Monitoring outstanding payments and following up on overdue invoices. Maintaining accurate customer account records and resolving payment discrepancies. Communicating with customers and internal business stakeholders to clarify account-related issues. Investigating and helping resolve payment and invoice queries in a timely manner. Supporting account reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. Collaborating with other teams to improve process efficiency and maintain high-quality service. Preparing reports and updating relevant documentation in line with internal procedures. Requirements

Minimum B2 level of German and good communication skills in English. Initial hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Accounts Receivable (AR), or a related finance and accounting process. Basic understanding of invoicing, payment monitoring, and accounts receivable processes. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders. A proactive approach to resolving issues and willingness to learn. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and willingness to develop skills in financial systems and tools.
