SAP GL, Fixed Assets and BPC management - maintaining Chart of Accounts, accounting periods, exchange rates and supporting financial consolidation processes. Financial accounting processes - executing fixed assets depreciation, foreign currency revaluation, balance carryforward and intercompany reconciliation processes. Controlling support - managing and executing cost allocation processes. SAP implementation and configuration - gathering business requirements, translating them into SAP solutions and cooperating with technical consultants. Client and stakeholder management - managing client expectations, coordinating project deliverables and working with international teams to recommend and implement appropriate solutions. Requirements: Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on SAP experience in GL, Fixed Assets and BPC, including SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA (experience in SAP implementation and configuration is highly preferred). Strong knowledge of accounting and financial processes, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Financial Consolidation and business processes such as RtR, PtP and OtC. Strong consulting and client-facing skills, including gathering business requirements, managing client expectations, solving complex problems and recommending appropriate SAP solutions. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand technical concepts, troubleshoot SAP-related issues and cooperate with technical consultants and cross-functional teams.
