Would you like to have a real impact on the development of modern banking for businesses and co-create solutions used by thousands of business clients every day? We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a strategic digital banking development program at one of the largest banks in Poland. This is not a role focused solely on gathering requirements. You will co-create the future of digital channels for business and corporate clients, taking part in product design from idea to implementation.
Задачи:
- Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to identify and analyze requirements.
- Analyze customer needs, user behavior, and product data.
- Model As-Is and To-Be business processes and identify areas for optimization.
- Create epics, user stories, and business and functional requirements documentation.
- Actively participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and clarifying requirements.
- Work closely with UX/UI teams, architects, system analysts, and developers.
- Define integration requirements between banking systems, digital channels, and external solutions.
- Prepare test scenarios and test cases, and coordinate UAT testing.
- Monitor, analyze, and manage defects identified during testing.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential obstacles that may affect project delivery.
- Collaborate with compliance and security teams, technology partners, and external vendors.
- Support the design and development of modern digital banking products for business and corporate clients.
Wymagania:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, System Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Experience in banking, fintech, payments, or the financial sector.
- Knowledge of digital banking for business and corporate clients.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum.
- Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to model processes in BPMN.
- Experience creating user stories, backlogs, and analytical documentation.
- Experience conducting UAT tests and preparing test scenarios.
- Knowledge of AML/KYC, security, and banking regulations.
- Ability to collaborate across business and IT.
Budzie plus:
- Experience in the financial industry, preferably banking;
- Experience or interest in developing skills in AI/LLM.
