Astek is seeking a candidate for a client in the Business Services industry.
Wymagania:
- Solid experience in data analytics and the ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data platforms
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
- Ability to understand business needs and translate ambiguous challenges into clearly defined analytical use cases and Data Products
- Experience defining KPIs and success metrics and measuring the business impact of data-driven initiatives
- Strong analytical skills, a product mindset, and a business-oriented approach
- Ability to work with stakeholders across different business functions and organizational levels
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for data and BI teams
- Experience managing analytical initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and requirements gathering to implementation and continuous improvement
- Ability to prioritize competing business needs and independently manage multiple initiatives
- Proactive and curious approach, with the ability to identify root causes rather than simply respond to requests
- Ability to clearly communicate complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences
