Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows and SOQL

Configure and maintain Salesforce environments, ensuring system performance, security and data integrity

Develop and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment and documentation

Utilize GitHub and DevOps practices to improve development efficiency and release quality

Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging and code reviews

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver effective solutions

Maintain and update technical documentation

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software development, including at least 4 years focused on Salesforce development

Strong hands-on experience with Apex (including triggers and batch classes)

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Salesforce Flows

SOQL

Good understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security model and data model

Experience with Sales Cloud

Experience designing and maintaining Salesforce integrations

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control and GitHub

Salesforce certifications such as

Platform Developer I / II

App Builder

Salesforce Administrator

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Very good English communication skills

Ability to work effectively in an international environment

Team-oriented mindset and customer-focused approach
