We are seeking an experienced Quality leader to manage and continuously improve our
Quality and Food Safety Management Systems at our Białobrzegi production site . Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will lead a team of quality professionals, ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements, and drive a culture of quality, food safety, and continuous improvement across the plant. Key Responsibilities Lead and continuously improve the site's Quality and Food Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with GFSI standards, legal regulations, customer requirements, and internal policies. Oversee all food safety programs including HACCP, Food Defense, Food Fraud Prevention, allergen management, hygiene, pest control, and traceability systems. Manage quality assurance activities across raw materials, production processes, storage, finished products, and customer deliveries to ensure product conformity. Supervise laboratory operations, analytical testing, sampling programs, and cooperation with external laboratories to maintain reliable quality control processes. Coordinate internal, customer, certification, and regulatory audits, ensuring effective CAPA management and sustainable corrective actions. Partner closely with Production, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Sales, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to support operational excellence and business objectives. Lead, coach, and develop the Quality and Laboratory team while managing departmental budgets, resources, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives. Job Requirements University degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related discipline. 4+ years of experience in quality and food safety management systems is a must Relevant training or certification of HACCP, GFSI-recognized standards, audit management, CAPA processes, food safety systems, and regulatory compliance. Proven experience in leading a team and driving performance and continuous improvement.
