IT Architect in Katowice

Our client currently seeks an IT Architect to join their team on an initial 8-9 week period with possibility of extension. This role is fully remote. The outputs shall include, in particular: identification and analysis of market best practices related to the organisation of IT operating models and environments for banks operating across multiple jurisdictions, definition of the target allocation of IT functions, systems and services (including data delivery and assurance of data quality) between the Headquarters, foreign branches and other international units, recommendation of the optimal balance between centralisation and local autonomy with respect to applications, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity and IT service delivery, development of a target application landscape supporting key banking capabilities, including transaction banking, lending, trade finance, supplier finance, export finance, treasury products, compliance (including comments from Bank’s tax department around tax compliance), AML, risk management and regulatory reporting, consideration of the specific role of the Bank's core banking system in implementing taking into account the use of centralised, cloud-based and local environments, definition of a reference model for cybersecurity, identity management and operational resilience appropriate for an organisation operating across multiple jurisdictions, definition of a reference model for the delivery, maintenance and management of IT services.
