Zakres obowiązków:
- Lead the design and delivery of AI/ML and agentic systems for complex business problems;
- Build and deploy scalable AI products aligned with business goals;
- Drive adoption of AWS, Azure, and GCP for ML/AI industrialization;
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of production AI systems;
- Design and oversee scalable data pipelines and architectures;
- Lead data ingestion, preprocessing, and transformation across hybrid environments;
- Implement data quality, validation, and drift detection processes;
- Guide model development, evaluation, and optimization;
- Drive experimentation and continuous improvement of model performance;
- Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows;
- Oversee production deployments and operational excellence;
- Maintain clear documentation of AI systems and processes;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions;

Wymagania:
- MSc/PhD in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience;
- Experience as an AI/ML Engineer with proven delivery of AI systems;
- Strong Python skills;
- Knowledge of agentic frameworks such as LangChain and crew.ai;
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform or CloudFormation;
- Experience with ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn;
- Exposure to NLP, computer vision, and broader AI techniques;
- Experience with cloud platforms and ML services such as SageMaker;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Experience in Agile environments;
- Nice to have: AI/ML/cloud certifications such as AWS ML or Azure AI Engineer.
