Support a major IT transformation establishing a new standalone company.
Gain broad exposure across IT controlling, project finance and SAP implementation.
Work closely with IT, Finance, Procurement and Project Management teams.
Hands-on role in a fast-paced transformation environment.
6-8 years' experience in project management or IT controlling.
As part of this significant transformation, they are rebuilding their IT infrastructure and SAP landscape from the ground up.

The transformation programme represents a unique chance to gain experience across multiple aspects of IT project controlling and financial management.
Responsibilities:
- Support financial controlling of IT build-up and transformation projects.
- Assist project managers with budget planning, forecasting and actual cost tracking.
- Monitor project budgets, actual costs, purchase orders and commitments.
- Prepare regular project controlling reports and management overviews.
- Analyse variances between budget, forecast and actuals.
- Support preparation and maintenance of project budgets and forecasts.
- Track CAPEX/OPEX, invoices and project-related commitments.
- Support accruals and period-end closing activities.
- Ensure transparency of IT project costs across different workstreams.
- Support financial tracking of external vendors and service providers.
- Identify and escalate potential cost risks.
- Contribute to establishing and improving IT controlling processes and reporting structures.
- Support ad-hoc financial analyses and management requests.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years' experience in project management, IT controlling or project finance.
- Strong understanding of budget planning, forecasting and cost tracking.
- Experience monitoring CAPEX/OPEX and project-related financial commitments.
- Knowledge of purchase orders, invoicing and accruals processes.
- Ability to analyse financial variances and identify cost risks.
- Experience preparing financial reports and management presentations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across IT, Finance and Procurement.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced transformation environment.
- Strong communication skills in English.
