Primary Purpose And Overall Objective Of The Job
Manage SSC P2P Team by ensuring the proper performance of the tasks, fulfillment of deadlines and alerting about possible deviations. Deliver results according with budget and SLA.
Working model: hybrid mode (2 days from the office and 3 days from home office)
Main Accountabilities:
- Lead & Develop The Team
- Manage, coach, and motivate the AR team
- Drive recruitment, performance management, and talent development
- Optimize workload distribution, resource allocation, and team productivity
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and training
- Drive Operational Excellence
- Deliver agreed KPIs, SLAs, and budget targets
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and timely execution of activities
- Analyse KPI and RKPI performance to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor process effectiveness and compliance
- Partner closely with subsidiaries, Corporate functions, and SSC stakeholders
- Lead Continuous Improvement
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements
- Drive AR process standardisation across the organisation
- Participate in transformation initiatives and assign team members to key projects
- Organise and facilitate workshops with Subsidiaries and Corporate teams
Typical studies, experience, skills and qualifications:
- Graduate in Economics/ Finance or Accounting
- Proven experience related to managerial position
- Demonstrated proficiency with SAP and standard office software (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
- Requires at least two years of experience in similar position or in the process
- Ability to manage teams
- Ability to work under pressure and to make decisions
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to plan tasks and work in an organized way
- Orientation towards internal and external Clients
