We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who combines strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery expertise. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, takes ownership of complex initiatives, and is comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams while acting as a trusted partner to both business and technical stakeholders.
Zakres obowiązków:
- Experience managing Business Intelligence and Data project areas, working closely with the Program Manager to ensure alignment with overall strategic objectives, supported by practical knowledge of data technologies.
- Project management of product and system functionality to deliver results that meet the requirements of business owners and sponsors, within the specified timeframe and budget.
- Leading the project team, in particular, identifying resource needs and their effective acquisition within the organization, motivating and coordinating the work of project team members, ordering and supervising the performance of assigned tasks to ensure effective and timely project execution.
- Oversee and coordinate project risk management activities.
- Managing quality in the project.
- Reporting on activities within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
Wymagania:
- Professional experience in managing IT projects with budgets exceeding PLN 200k, with a minimum of 2 years in such roles.
- Experience leading Business Intelligence or AI projects, supported by a technical background and practical understanding of data-related technologies.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of project management methodologies, including familiarity.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with structured and methodical planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize assigned tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at a level that enables confident communication (B2/C1).
