Tasks & responsibilities As a
Recruiter , you will be responsible for
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions.
Partnering with Hiring Managers to define recruitment strategies and candidate requirements.
Sourcing and attracting candidates through various recruitment channels.
Creating and publishing job advertisements.
Screening applications and conducting competency-based interviews.
Presenting shortlisted candidates and supporting hiring decisions.
Managing offer preparation and negotiations.
Ensuring a positive candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
Supporting recruitment marketing activities and talent pipeline development.
Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
About our future employee You should have min. 4 years of recruitment experience in a corporate agency, or RPO environment and have excellent command of English language (min.

Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Experience in candidate sourcing, assessment, and interviewing.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of emotional intelligence and customer orientation.
Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with Success Factors and/or Service Now is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/ or experience in working for UK or UKI market is a plus.
