Requirements The people you'll like to work with and things you'll enjoy impacting:
Design how a ticket moves from idea to merged code, with agents doing almost all of the implementation
Build our coding and review agents, MCP integrations, CI hooks and shared skills library
Set up review gates and evaluations so agent output meets the same quality and security bar as human work
Own the web side of our product in Vue and represent the team in the Web Developers Guild
Coach engineers and share what works with other teams to help everyone adopt and master new AI‑driven ways of working
Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you're going to need…
Hands‑on experience building AI developer tooling others use: agent skills or rules, MCP servers, custom agents or AI steps in CI
Senior‑level experience shipping production software, with solid web development in JavaScript or TypeScript
Daily use of coding agents on production work, and a clear view of where they fail and how to catch it
Sound architecture judgement and the ability to change how other engineers work through coaching, curiosity, and practical enablement
At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills. Why? English is our company language and is used for any business-wide communications, so we need you to be able to speak English to feel like an integrated part of Booksy
