Analyzemetalworking and surface conditioning applications at customer and internal locations. Develop technically and economically suitable abrasive recommendations, considering surface quality, productivity, processstabilityand Total Cost of Ownership. Plan, conduct,evaluateand document application tests for existing,modifiedand new products. Develop and continuously improve representative and reproducible test methods. Operate relevant power tools and machines safely, including angle grinders, orbitalsandersand belt sanding machines. Support customers,distributorsand salesorganizationswith application-specific technical questions. Translate user needs and test results into clear technical requirements and recommendations. Qualifications
Completed technical or industrial vocational education, or equivalent relevant industrial experience. Practical experience in metal fabrication,metalworkingor a comparable technical environment. Practical experience using power tools and machines, particularly angle grinders, orbitalsandersand belt sanding machines. Ability to conduct structured technical tests and develop evidence-based conclusions. Good English communication and presentation skills. Valid driverlicense. Willingness to travel internationally forapproximately 20–30% of working time. Preferredexperience with non-woven abrasives (fleece & surface conditioningmaterials)or foam abrasives. Preferredexperience withadditionalmetalworking abrasive products, such asfiberdiscs or flap discs. Strongpractical and technical understanding. Structuredanalytical and problem-solving approach. Cleartechnical communication and presentation skills. Abilityto translate application needs into measurable requirements. Independent,organizedand responsible working style.
