We want to work with people who support us in creating new possibilities for connected sustainable production worldwide.As a leading partner for solutions for sheet metal and material processing, we combine laser cutting technology, press brakes, automation, and software with innovative laser applications for new materials and processes.What drives this departmentWithin the Business Support functions, we are dedicated to providing internal customer service and are passionate about leveraging our knowledge to foster successful collaboration and benefit the organization.What you will be doingCoordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.Ensure accurate general ledger accounting, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.Prepare financial reports, management analyses, and group reporting packages.Manage intercompany accounting and ensure compliance with accounting standards and local tax regulations.Oversee VAT, Intrastat, and other statutory tax reporting.Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and governance requirements.Partner with local and global finance teams to resolve accounting and reporting matters.Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.Provide guidance to junior team members and support finance transformation projects.Your education & experienceAt least 7 years of professional experience in the area of RTR / GL and experience in transition.Extensive knowledge of RtR/GL process and experience in executing intercompany, fixed assets, reporting, VAT, journal entries with calculations (pre-payments, accruals).Master/Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics field.Very good command of Polish and English (min.
