C-MAC Blue Hub is an international organization operating in the EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry, headquartered in Gdynia, Poland. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Project Manager (F/M) who will be responsible for managing projects for our key customers.
C-MAC Blue hub is part of the C-MAC Electronics Solutions group.
A group passionate about electronics, manufacturing advanced electronic components for demanding environments such as automotive, aerospace, medical and industrial sectors.
With sites in Belgium, Canada, The UK and Poland we have a strong presence in Europe and North America.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a dedicated project team and ensure the successful delivery of key project objectives.
Define, implement, and oversee project objectives.
Optimize project costs and ensure timely delivery against project schedules.
Maintain and develop customer relationships throughout the delivery phase and at the program management level.
Report key performance indicators (KPIs) at both project and program levels.
Manage project profitability and overall performance.
Communicate with customers to identify their needs and expectations, monitor customer satisfaction, and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
Develop new solutions and continuously improve existing project processes.
Requirements
Several years of experience in project management, combined with technical knowledge and experience in projects involving electronics (PCBA) and electromechanical solutions.
Experience in managing software projects would be an asset.
Practical knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize data and formulate conclusions and recommendations.
Experience in financial management, including P&L responsibility, would be an asset.
English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with internal and external partners.
Ability to make decisions and drive their effective implementation.
Ability to build consensus and balance the interests of multiple stakeholders across the organization.
