Responsibilities
Monitoring current construction costs and driving technical innovations to ensure competitive advantage.
Collaborating with the development team to analyze project costs and schedules.
Participating in due diligence processes for project acquisitions and managing a database of contracts and market indices.
Supporting project teams with recommendations to enhance efficiency and minimize construction costs, as well as approving technical documentation.
Organizing tenders, negotiating with contractors, overseeing contract clauses, and optimizing expenses.
Maintaining close collaboration with project managers at every stage of construction.
Coordinating supervisory teams and overseeing timelines and quality standards for construction works.
Participating in final project acceptance and addressing warranty or defect-related issues.
Requirements
A degree in engineering or a related technical field.
Several years of experience in the construction industry.
Proven expertise in residential projects; additional experience with office developments is an advantage.
Strong command of the English language.
