About the role As a Middle Office Analyst, you will contribute to the smooth and accurate flow of transactions across multiple asset classes and play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily Middle Office activities to ensure accurate trade flow between trading platforms and internal systems.
Assist with trade capture, trade validation, and resolution of discrepancies.
Liaise with brokers, internal teams, and external partners to resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor daily controls and checklists, ensuring timely completion of end‑of‑day processes.
Contribute to the preparation of daily and periodic reports for internal stakeholders.
Maintain and update team procedures and process documentation.
Support ongoing projects and process improvements aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum
6 months of experience
in Middle Office, Operations, Settlements, Trading Support, or a related financial field.
Fluent English
(written and spoken).
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
Good understanding of financial instruments (Equities, FX, Bonds, or Derivatives) is a strong advantage.
Solid communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
Good organizational and time‑management abilities; proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and willingness to learn.
