Business Development Manager for the Energy Sector (m/f) TÜV NORD Polska is seeking a business development manager for energy services, particularly nuclear energy. Location: Katowice, Poland. The position focuses on business acquisition, partnerships, market strategy and international collaboration. Knowledge of ISO 19443 and ASME NQA-1 is an advantage, not a mandatory requirement.
Responsibilities
Develop the market and acquire customers in nuclear energy
Build partnerships with investors and relevant industry organizations
Identify opportunities and establish sales and service portfolio growth strategies
Represent the company at industry events
Work with international teams and develop wider energy-sector opportunities
Develop capabilities and build a small team
Requirements
Technical university degree, preferably nuclear or power engineering
At least 5 years in nuclear or other energy-sector projects
Strong understanding of Poland’s energy market and nuclear energy program
Industry network and public procurement knowledge
Business development and technical services sales experience
Fluent Polish and English at least B2 (C1 preferred)
Negotiation skills, autonomy and willingness to travel
ISO 19443, ASME NQA-1 and German language are advantageous
