Twój zakres obowiązków
Obsługa Klientów Oddziału w zakresie spedycji międzynarodowej drobnicowej Organizowanie operacji transportowych przy zachowaniu ustalonych z Klientem warunków (czas transportu, cena, jakość, itp.) oraz przy zachowaniu norm i procedur obowiązujących w firmie Monitoring statusu przesyłek Prowadzenie ewidencji realizowanych zleceń Kontakt ze Zleceniodawcami Przygotowywanie raportów, wskaźników jakościowych zestawień Dbanie o wysoką jakość / terminowość realizowanych zleceń
Nasze wymagania
Doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku Znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca swobodną komunikację (min.B2) Znajomość i doświadczenie w obsłudze aplikacji TRANS.EU Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu Zdolność samodzielnego podejmowania decyzji oraz rozwiązywania problemów Umiejętność dobrej organizacji pracy i wyznaczania priorytetów, systematyczność Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office (Excel) Gotowaść do pracy w systemie zmianowym 7:00-15:00; 9:00-17:00
