We are currently looking for a lawyer to join our Corporate/M&A practice in CMS Warsaw as an Associate. Your responsibilities
Advising clients on corporate law and M&A matters.
Preparing and managing transaction and corporate documentation.
Participating in due diligence reviews and preparing reports and recommendations for clients.
Analysing legal regulations and drafting legal opinions and memoranda.
Collaborating with clients and specialist teams in Poland and across other jurisdictions.
Supporting Partners and Counsel in the delivery of complex transactional projects.
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
What we are looking for
Qualified Attorney-at-Law (radca prawny) or Advocate (adwokat).
Experience in Corporate/M&A gained in a law firm environment.
Strong knowledge of company law and M&A transactions.
Fluent English language skills.
Strong analytical, organisational and prioritisation skills.
A collaborative mindset, commitment to professional development, and an ability to build long-term client relationships.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
