ABOUT THE JOB As a Supply Chain Planning Process Improvement Specialist, you will drive company profitability by developing and continuously improving planning processes and capabilities, while ensuring effective utilization of planning systems and accurate reporting of planning KPIs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Coordinate projects that optimize and increase efficiency within the BU.
Identify the needs of the planning department for new processes or system developments and proposes change management actions.
Lead change management initiatives within the planning department and related functions to achieve project goals.
Monitor planning processes and system usage, recommending improvements that increase productivity, optimize costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure delivery of planned services in line with agreed SLA targets and planning KBIs.
Support BU innovation management from a Supply Chain perspective and drives cost optimization initiatives.
Ensure close cooperation with Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Production, Quality, Marketing, and external stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes, leveraging group capabilities, and identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Knowledge of supply chain planning processes and concepts.
Experience in project management and change management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
SAP and APO/Blue Yonder knowledge.
Effective planning, organization, and priority-setting skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate across multicultural and cross-functional teams.
Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to adapt to change and drive innovation.
Ability to proficiently read, write and speak in local language and English.

We offer competitive employment conditions. Candidates who meet the requirements can expect a monthly base gross salary from 11400 PLN. The final base pay level offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
