Do we have a match? 5+ years as an Engineering Manager, Technical Delivery Manager or in a similar role Proven experience delivering implementation or integration projects at client sites Strong customer-facing and communication skills, including handling escalations and negotiating scope Business acumen: experience managing budgets and margins and growing client accounts Experience leading teams of 10+ engineers on complex technical projects Hands-on engineering background (Software, Network, DevOps or Infrastructure) Solid knowledge of at least two of: networking, network automation, cybersecurity, Data Center infrastructure, Public Cloud, CI/CD English at C1 level or higher, and flexibility to work across EMEA and US time zones Beyond the criteria above, we would appreciate the nice-to-haves: Experience in Professional Services or at a specialized technology vendor Presales experience PMI, PRINCES2 or SAFe certification Get to know us better
