As a Test Automation Engineer / Test Manager at FlexHub, you will own and continuously improve the end-to-end testing process, from test strategy and planning through execution and defect management to release-readiness reporting. This is a test process management role with no line management or people management responsibilities. You will coordinate testing activities across multiple stakeholders while also contributing hands‑on by designing, implementing, running, and maintaining automated tests. You will also have the opportunity to explore and apply new technologies and AI to make testing more efficient and effective.
What will you be doing?
Own the
end-to-end testing process , from strategy and planning to execution and release readiness.
Define
risk-based test strategies
for integration, regression, and automated testing.
Coordinate testing activities across developers, testers, business stakeholders, and release owners.
Design, implement, run, and maintain automated tests
and analyse test results.
Integrate automated testing into
CI/CD workflows .
Track test coverage, defects, quality risks, and testing progress.
Communicate test outcomes and provide recommendations for
release decisions .
Explore and apply
new technologies and AI-assisted testing
to improve testing processes.
Which technologies & skills are important to us?
Solid experience in
test process management , including strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
Strong
hands‑on test automation skills .
Ability to independently write, run, debug, and maintain automated tests.
Experience with a
programming/scripting language and test automation framework .
Experience with
CI/CD
and analysing automated test results.
Strong stakeholder coordination skills, with
no people management responsibilities .
Interest in
new technologies and AI-assisted testing . Previous AI experience is not required, but willingness to learn is essential.
Good communication skills in
English (minimum B2) .
