Working with confidential travel-related customer information and treating it sensitively (hotel bookings, plane tickets).
Presenting proactive, patient, empathetic and understanding attitude.

Our requirements:
Russian language skills (C1 level) and English (min. B2 level).
Availability to work in flexible schedule (2 shifts 08:00 - 16:30 early shift s well as 13:30 - 22:00 late shift) on weekends ( 3 weekends per month ) and local public holidays.
Previous experience in customer service/call center/tourism industry/airline industry is preferred.
Our offer:
Employment contract (base salary: 5000 PLN gross monthly) or civil contract (base: 32,68 PLN gross hourly).
Up to 1600 PLN gross of bonus.
