For our client - SAS Airlines, we are seeking a motivated and aspiring person who would handle all questions and support direct customers that have their trips organized by the carrier.
No prior experience is necessary, just a genuine interest and a helpful and collaborative nature!
Your Responsibilities
Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers.
Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
Support customers with travel difficulties.
Assist passengers via calls /chat.
Foster enduring relationships with customers for building trust.
Our requirements
Fluent in written and spoken Swedish (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
Naturally helpful and collaborative spirit.
Enthusiastic, patient, and open-minded.
Active listener and able to communicate clearly and with ease.
Sharp eye for accuracy and precision.
Highly organized.
Available to work from our office in Warsaw.
