Responsibilities
Support the preparation and coordination of bid and proposal processes.
Contribute to the development of technical, commercial and administrative proposal documentation.
Research and analyse market trends, funding opportunities and competitive landscape.
Support the identification and development of strategic partnerships and project consortia.
Assist in contract preparation and negotiations with customers and partners.
Work closely with engineers, project managers and business stakeholders to gather and structure information for proposals.
Ensure compliance of submitted documentation with customer and programme requirements.

Experience in preparing grant applications, funding proposals or tender documentation (e. g. NCBR, FENG, Horizon Europe, ESA programmes, public procurement procedures).
Educational background (completed or in progress) in law, journalism, international relations, business, economics, administration or technical disciplines combined with a strong business orientation.
Interest in the space, defence, science, quantum technology or critical infrastructure sectors.
Understanding of public funding mechanisms and innovation programmes.
Experience in consulting, legal services, project administration or business development support.
