Creotech Instruments S.A. is a Polish manufacturer and integrator of satellites and satellite systems. Using our proprietary HyperSat platform, we design, manufacture, integrate and test satellites, and also support their launch and in-orbit operations. We carry out advanced space programmes, including in the fields of Earth observation for defence and dual-use applications, space situational awareness, and enhancing the resilience of navigation systems. We have our own electronics manufacturing facility and a small satellite integration facility certified by the European Space Agency (ESA). What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone with a technical degree, e.g. in electronics, mechanics, automation or a related field, who is familiar with ECSS standards and is able to analyse technical data and component specifications. A good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and a working knowledge of English are important to us. We are looking for someone who is independent, meticulous and able to work as part of a team. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
Managing the procurement of electronic components in accordance with ECSS (European Cooperation for Space Standardisation) requirements and the company’s internal procedures; Qualifying EEE components in accordance with the ECSS-Q-ST-60 standard; Evaluating the Bill of Materials (BOM) in terms of availability, costs and supply chain risks; Sourcing and qualifying suppliers of electronic components; Analysing the availability, prices and delivery times of materials; Negotiating commercial terms and contracts with suppliers; Overseeing procurement documentation and ensuring materials comply with project requirements; Collaborating with the design, quality, production and logistics departments; Managing supply chain risk and identifying alternative components; Monitoring the market for technological changes and issues with component availability.
