Creotech Instruments S.A. is a Polish manufacturer and integrator of satellites and satellite systems. Using our proprietary HyperSat platform, we design, manufacture, integrate and test satellites, and also support their launch and in-orbit operations. We carry out advanced space programmes, including in the fields of Earth observation for defence and dual-use applications, space situational awareness, and enhancing the resilience of navigation systems. What we’re looking for We are looking for someone to oversee and optimise production processes. The main responsibilities will include coordinating the team’s work, ensuring production continuity and improving processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Organising and coordinating the team’s work;
Optimising production processes and resolving day-to-day technical issues;
Working with the production team to resolve quality issues and improve production processes;
Liaising with the quality control, production planning and warehouse departments;
Analysing production indicators and implementing improvement measures;
Reviewing pre-production documentation.
