What we’re looking for
In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of strategic procurement and supplier contracts for space projects: from preparing procurement procedures, through negotiations and the conclusion of contracts, to overseeing their implementation.
Conducting procurement processes in accordance with applicable procedures;
Preparing and compiling procurement and contractual documentation;
Organising the request for information (RFI), request for quotation (RFQ), request for proposal (RFP) and request for quotation (RFX) processes, and handling formal communication with suppliers;
Participating in the evaluation of tenders and the selection of suppliers;
Conducting contract negotiations and coordinating the process of concluding contracts and amendments;
Ensuring the correct circulation, version control and archiving of documentation;
Coordinating the formal commencement of cooperation with suppliers;
Handling delivery acceptance, milestones and contract settlements;
Managing the contract amendment process and maintaining complete documentation of changes;
Monitoring the timely execution of contracts and reporting on the status of procurement procedures;
Collaborating with project teams, engineering teams, the legal department, finance, logistics and quality control;
Participating in the evaluation of suppliers and the preparation of reports and process indicators.
