Responsibilities
Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex backend systems.
Drive technical discussions, provide mentorship to mid and junior engineers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate effectively with product managers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure the highest standards of performance, reliability, and security for all applications.
Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, bottlenecks, and bugs.

Required
Qualifications
Extensive professional experience in backend development with Python, Fast API, and Mongo DB.
Proven expertise in utilizing Templating Engines.
Strong command of Postgre SQL and Kubernetes for scalable and resilient deployments.
Demonstrated experience with key AWS services, including AWS Lambda, AWS ECS, and AWS SQS.
Preferred
Qualifications
Experience with other distributed queue managers such as Apache Kafka or Pulsar. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering.
