Our Polish team is growing, and we are looking for a driven and engaging Area Manager to join our talented team.
In this role, you will lead our team, taking responsibility for coordinating and driving the commercial direction while remaining actively involved in sales.

Your Responsibilities
Lead and develop the team – Coach, support, and inspire a skilled sales team through an inclusive and motivating leadership approach.
Drive the sales process – Ensure success from the initial customer contact through to closing, always delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Strengthen customer relationships – Understand clients' needs and build long-term partnerships with contractors and key stakeholders.
Negotiate and secure business – Lead commercial negotiations and develop strategies that contribute to sustainable business growth.
Build market presence – Represent Dalux at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events across the Polish market.
About You We are looking for a people-focused leader with experience managing sales teams and a strong commercial background, ideally within Saa S and the construction industry.
You combine business acumen with a genuine passion for developing people and creating a collaborative, high‑performing culture.
You are an excellent communicator in both written and spoken English and Polish and have the professionalism and confidence to engage with contractors, asset owners, and senior decision-makers.
