Responsibilities: Analyze application security, user access and access-related data Identify inactive, excessive and unnecessary user permissions Assess access findings and recommend actions based on business requirements Facilitate onboarding and cleanup of access groups, user accounts and service accounts in SailPoint IIQ Engage with Business and IT stakeholders, application managers and system providers to gather required information Collaborate with RACF/IAM subject matter experts on actions and mitigations Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities Support prioritization of project activities and management of scope changes Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies Support and challenge stakeholders while aligning activities with project deliverables Requirements: Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager or User Administrator in IIQ Strong experience in managing access groups, user accounts and service accounts in SailPoint IIQ Good understanding of applications and Identity & Access Management (IAM) Ability to analyze application security, user access and access-related data Practical stakeholder management and communication skills across Business and IT Ability to facilitate stakeholder discussions and support decision-making Self-driven, motivated and collaborative mindset Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or a related field Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant
