Experience in business application administration Maintain and support enterprise-class applications in the production environment. Knowledge of IT Operations/ITSM Work with incidents, changes and issues based on good practices (e.g. ITIL). Ability to solve application problems Bug analysis, collaboration with other teams and escalation to vendors based on available AI tools Good communication and cooperation with business User support, understanding business needs, operational work, stress resistance Availability, willingness to perform telephone consultations 24/7 About Us
