Data Protection Analyst (Technical Writer)
Main responsibilities
Compile, maintain and proofread technical documentation & user manuals.
Provide installation documentation for updates and patches.
Ensure appropriate communication and prepare training material.
Develop, maintain and promote a documentation strategy to help identify the best way to spread information.
Communication, coordination and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and peers worldwide.
Fill an active role in a global team.
Key technical skills
Track record of experienced knowledge of technical writing in an enterprise environment.
Excellent command in written and spoken English, knowledge of German is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and a highly client oriented attitude.
Ability to analyse and understand complex systems and their dependencies.
Ability to act as a team player and work independently in a global enterprise.
Experience working in an international and highly complex environment with a high level of cultural awareness.
