Junior Client Service Officer Responsibilities:
Process client‑related transactions in a professional and timely manner
Handle internal and external payment requests, trade execution, and other banking transactions
Work across the bank's internal systems to execute and monitor transactions
Support a high standard of service quality for internal stakeholders and clients
Follow regulatory, compliance, AML, and internal policy requirements
Identify and escalate potentially illegal, suspicious, or improper transactions
Comply with control procedures and operational risk requirements
Work closely with Associate Bankers, Client Service Officers, and Client Account Officers
Cooperate with initiating and booking center locations
Respond promptly to requests and help resolve transaction‑related issues
Requirements:
0–2 years of relevant experience in banking, payments, middle office, transitions, or operations
Good understanding of transaction processing in a financial services environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and manage several requests at the same time
Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
High attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in spoken and written English
Ability to follow procedures, policies, and compliance requirements
Nice to have:
Knowledge of investments, banking products, or credit products
Experience working with internal banking systems
Additional language skills
University degree or equivalent professional experience
