Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior Application Operations Specialist

Responsibilities: Support Release Management in delivering software to production environments Monitor production systems, investigate technical issues, and ensure timely resolution Provide Level 2 (L2) support for production incidents Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify underlying issues and prevent recurring incidents Collaborate with technical teams to maintain the stability and reliability of production environments Requirements: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes Knowledge of Jenkins and version control platforms (GitHub/Bitbucket) Experience working with Apache Kafka Good understanding of SQL Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (LDAP, Kerberos, JWT) Familiarity with cryptography tools (OpenSSL, keytool) and secure communication protocols (HTTPS) Experience with logging and troubleshooting tools (Splunk) Knowledge of monitoring, metrics, and alerting solutions (Prometheus, InfluxDB, Grafana) Good understanding of microservices architecture Strong interpersonal and communication skills Fluency in English (both written and spoken) Nice to have: Experience working with PostgreSQL Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant
