Position: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Warsaw, Poland Working mode: Hybrid (4 days a week from the office) Our client operates in the international gaming and entertainment industry, developing digital products for a global audience. The company combines technology, creativity, and industry expertise to deliver engaging gaming experiences and continuously expand its presence across international markets. We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will take ownership of the company's digital marketing strategy and its execution, with a particular focus on online visibility, product marketing, and B2B communication. You will join an existing two-person marketing team and lead its further development, initially managing a Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator, with the opportunity to grow the function to 4-5 people. This is a hands-on management role combining strategic planning, day-to-day marketing activities, team coordination, and close cooperation with business stakeholders. Requirements:
Proven experience independently managing digital marketing activities and strategies Practical knowledge of SEO, content marketing, social media, and web analytics Ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies and actionable plans Experience coordinating teams, projects, and external vendors Experience developing product communication and B2B sales materials Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions Very good command of English, enabling cooperation with international partners and preparation of marketing materials for foreign markets Nice to have:
Experience in iGaming, gaming, technology, or B2B product marketing Experience managing international marketing campaigns Knowledge of marketing automation tools Experience using AI tools in everyday marketing activities Responsibilities:
Developing and executing the company's digital marketing strategy, including objectives, priorities, timelines, and budget ownership Managing the existing marketing team and gradually expanding the function to 4-5 people Increasing brand and product visibility across digital channels, including SEO, website, social media, and content marketing Monitoring marketing performance, analyzing data, preparing reports, and presenting recommendations to the Management Board Planning and coordinating communication around new game launches, product initiatives, and industry events Developing product marketing and sales enablement materials, including presentations, one-pagers, partner toolkits, newsletters, and case studies Managing cooperation with external agencies and freelancers, ensuring quality and timely delivery Working closely with the CEO, Management Board, iGaming, land-based, product, and sales teams, as well as external partners Testing new marketing channels and identifying opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and business results Offer:
