About the Role We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Finance Interns to join our Finance Team and support daily financial operations. This is a great opportunity for students who would like to gain practical experience in accounting and finance within an international and dynamic Shared Services environment.
Depending on business needs and your interests, you may support different finance functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), or General Ledger (GL).
The role is offered under a contract of mandate
(umowa zlecenia)
and requires active student status.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily accounting and finance operations across different finance areas
Assist with processing and verifying financial documents and transactions
Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Support account reconciliations and data validation activities
Assist in preparing reports, analyses, and financial data for internal purposes
Support month-end closing activities where applicable
Collaborate with finance team members in day-to-day operations
Help resolve discrepancies and investigate data issues
Provide administrative support to the Finance Team as needed
Contribute to process improvements and optimization initiatives
Qualifications
Active
student status
(required)
Preferred fields:
Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Basic Excel skills
Willingness to learn and ability to work approx. 20-30 hours per week
Nice to Have
Previous internship or work experience in finance, accounting, administration, or customer service
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Experience working with Excel functions and data analysis
Additional foreign language skills (English, German, French)
